I wanted an accurate, reliable meter to test my residential water supply. But I only needed to use it a couple of times a year so I didn't want to spend a fortune. I chose this one. I've it for about 2 years and it has worked as advertised.
I use this unit a few times a year. It gives me repeatable readings with no fuss or bother. I have to calibrate it each time before use, but that doesn't really bother me because I use it so infrequently. Just be aware that if you want accuracy you will also need a ph standard liquid for calibration purposes.
Awesome, awesome product. It comes precalibrated, and is about as simple as it can get to use. Flip the switch, drop it in your solution, and read the digital display. I would recommend this product to anybody that needs to check the PH of water based solutions or something similar.
